This class will introduce kids to some of the foundational CrossFit movements in a fun environment. They will start by not using any weight, and only progress to equipment like light medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells or 5 lb plates when they show that they can do the movement properly.
A typical class includes a fun warmup, a section focusing on a specific skill, the workout of the day, and a game at the end.
