Based on your current situation and goals, we help you identify small changes to your habits that you can work on one at a time for the best chance of success. As you master each small habit change, the combined effect leads to significant improvements in your overall health. This supports the other changes happening while you take GLP-1 drugs and prepares you for success after you stop taking them.
